By accessing or using RSH Digital's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
RSH Digital provides digital marketing services including:
Payment: A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or according to the agreed payment schedule.
Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times and scope changes.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, etc.) may have their own licensing terms.
RSH Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
